Vegan Shepherd’s Pie

Prep Time: 20 minutes | Cook Time: 30 minutes

  • Ingredients:
    Lentils, carrots, peas, potatoes, almond milk, vegan butter, vegetable broth, tomato paste.
  • Instructions:
    1. Boil and mash potatoes with almond milk and vegan butter.
    2. Sauté lentils with vegetables, tomato paste, and broth.
    3. Layer the lentil mixture in a baking dish, top with mashed potatoes, and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes.
