Vegetarian Chili

  • Ingredients:
    Black beans, kidney beans, diced tomatoes, onion, bell peppers, chili powder, cumin, vegetable broth.
  • Instructions:
    1. Sauté onions and bell peppers in a large pot.
    2. Add beans, tomatoes, vegetable broth, and spices. Simmer for 25-30 minutes.
    3. Serve with avocado slices or tortilla chips.
