One-Pot Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry

  • Ingredients:
    Beef strips, broccoli florets, soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic, ginger, cornstarch.
  • Instructions:
    1. Brown beef strips in a large skillet or wok. Remove and set aside.
    2. Stir-fry broccoli with garlic and ginger, then add soy sauce and oyster sauce.
    3. Return beef to the pan and toss with a cornstarch slurry until thickened.
