- Cook chicken and set aside. In the same pan, melt butter and whisk in flour to make a roux.
- Slowly add chicken broth and milk, stirring until thickened.
- Add chicken, carrots, peas, and celery to the sauce. Pour into a pie dish.
- Cover with puff pastry and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 35-40 minutes.
