Chicken Pot Pie

  • Ingredients:
    Chicken breast, carrots, peas, celery, butter, flour, chicken broth, milk, puff pastry.
  • Instructions:
    1. Cook chicken and set aside. In the same pan, melt butter and whisk in flour to make a roux.
    2. Slowly add chicken broth and milk, stirring until thickened.
    3. Add chicken, carrots, peas, and celery to the sauce. Pour into a pie dish.
    4. Cover with puff pastry and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 35-40 minutes.
