  • Ingredients:
    Lasagna noodles, ground beef, marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, basil.
  • Instructions:
    1. Cook lasagna noodles and set aside. Brown ground beef and mix with marinara sauce.
    2. Combine ricotta, egg, and basil in a bowl.
    3. Layer noodles, meat sauce, ricotta mixture, and mozzarella in a baking dish. Repeat layers and top with Parmesan.
    4. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 40-45 minutes.

Shepherd’s Pie

  • Ingredients:
    Ground lamb or beef, carrots, peas, onions, Worcestershire sauce, mashed potatoes, butter.
  • Instructions:
    1. Sauté ground lamb or beef with onions, carrots, and peas. Add Worcestershire sauce.
    2. Spread the mixture in a baking dish and top with mashed potatoes.
    3. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden.

Macaroni and Cheese

  • Ingredients:
    Elbow macaroni, cheddar cheese, milk, butter, flour, breadcrumbs.
  • Instructions:
    1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions.
    2. Make a cheese sauce by whisking butter, flour, and milk in a saucepan. Stir in grated cheese until melted.
    3. Combine macaroni with the cheese sauce, pour into a baking dish, and top with breadcrumbs.
    4. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Chicken Pot Pie

  • Ingredients:
    Chicken breast, carrots, peas, celery, butter, flour, chicken broth, milk, puff pastry.
  • Instructions:
    1. Cook chicken and set aside. In the same pan, melt butter and whisk in flour to make a roux.
    2. Slowly add chicken broth and milk, stirring until thickened.
    3. Add chicken, carrots, peas, and celery to the sauce. Pour into a pie dish.
    4. Cover with puff pastry and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 35-40 minutes.

Classic Beef Stew

  • Ingredients:
    Beef chuck, potatoes, carrots, onions, celery, tomato paste, beef broth, thyme, bay leaves.
  • Instructions:
    1. Brown beef chunks in a large pot and set aside.
    2. Sauté onions, carrots, and celery in the same pot. Add tomato paste and stir.
    3. Return beef to the pot, add beef broth, thyme, and bay leaves. Simmer for 2 hours.
    4. Add potatoes in the last 30 minutes of cooking.
