- Ingredients: Bell peppers, snap peas, carrots, mushrooms, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, cooked rice or noodles.
- Instructions:
- Heat sesame oil in a wok and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add chopped veggies and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
- Toss with soy sauce and serve over cooked rice or noodles.
