Classic Beef Stew

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cook Time: 2 hours

  • Ingredients:
    Beef chuck, potatoes, carrots, onions, celery, tomato paste, beef broth, thyme, bay leaves.
  • Instructions:
    1. Brown beef chunks in a large pot and set aside.
    2. Sauté onions, carrots, and celery in the same pot. Add tomato paste and stir.
    3. Return beef to the pot, add beef broth, thyme, and bay leaves. Simmer for 2 hours.
    4. Add potatoes in the last 30 minutes of cooking.
